We are proud to serve our customers across the European Union and abroad. No matter where you’re located, we aim to get your order from point A to B without hassle.

Changes

As of June 2025, Innovare has introduced UPS shipping options across the majority of delivery zones.

As of 24 July 2025, untracked shipping is no longer available for non-domestic export orders over 100 EUR.

Domestic Shipments

Domestic shipments typically arrive within 1 to 4 business days.

International Shipments

Customs Clearance

If you’re located within the EU, your order will arrive without customs issues in most cases, thanks to the free movement of goods within the Union. While inspections are uncommon, they can still happen on rare occasions.

Non-EU customers may be charged VAT upon import, depending on local regulations. Low-value shipments often clear without VAT, but this is not guaranteed. We aim to minimize this burden when we declare your order.
