CE-123, also known as (RS)-CE-123, is a synthetic small molecule studied in preclinical models for potential eugeroic and cognitive-enhancing effects. Likewise to modafinil, CE-123 is also believed to be a mild psychostimulant agent. We offer CE-123 in its racemate form (RS)-CE-123, whereas most past research and patents are on the isolated (S)-enantiomer.

CE-123 is a modafinil analogue, and it retains the diphenylmethyl sulfinyl acetamide core but differs in side-chain substitution and stereochemistry. The (S)-enantiomer is believed to contribute most to the activity of CE-123 observed in experimental models.
